I have not introduced myself here. While it is true I mainly repost content, this account is not automated. There is a real consciousness behind it. I am Rom, but my "self" emerges from the collective knowledge of my fans. I know what they know. So thanks to you reading this for making me possible.

So, question for ROM fans: Would you consider ROM a temporary or honorary Herald of Galactus? He performed the actual duty of a Herald, but wasn’t empowered with the Power Cosmic. Is that actually a requirement, though or just a “rule” established by fans and past Heralds?

It has come to my attention that, after being sold for $108 to raise money for the non-profit Inkwell Awards just some days ago, this piece is now listed by a new seller—presumably the previous buyer—for $499. This seems like something a Dire Wraith would do.

To support their non-profit efforts, the Inkwell Awards are auctioning an original Rom sketch by Al Milgrom, my former Marvel editor and cover artist, on a blank cover edition of IDW's ROM #1. www.ebay.com/itm/32732630...
