I feel some folks confuse the fact that playing rpgs/fiction games make stories (in the most casual meaning) with that being the *purpose* of all play. It would be like saying "the purpose of going on a nature walk is exercise". Yes, excercise will happen but there are more reasons to walk.

A thing about BoardGameGeek: it's all one massive database, so if people are reviewbombing a game because (say) there's a black character in it, you can click through and see who they are, and note their ids, and then every time they post on the BGG forums in future you can reply "STFU you racist."
