Friday lunch! Went to Sendu in Webster. Got some takoyaki and three crispy sushi tacos. I went with the Philadelphia, Tokyo, and Manhattan. Everything was really good and I would try them again.

I tried doing a simple five day Pilates challenge on YouTube and the worst thing happened. I feel better? Exercise is good for you? Just terrible news. I'm unfortunately going to do a full month course now.

Friday Lunch! Went to Mood Burger and they had a new special I obviously had to try. Uncrustaburger: Pressed Patty + Cheddar + Bacon + Deep Fried Uncrustable Sandwich Bun It was pretty good. Love peanut butter on a burger, and the jelly added some nice sweetness.

Friday lunch! was moved to Thursday in observance of Independence Day. Decided to go to the Gate House today, which always gives me an excuse to check out The Unreliable Narrator, my favorite bookstore in Rochester. I got the Golisano burger, which was super good. Love the gruyere and fried onions

Friday lunch! Went to Taqueria Monterrey. Got their Mexican Bowl with bistec. Rice, beans, veggies, cheese, guac, chipotle dressing. It was incredibly good. Gotta go back soon and try out more of the menu.

I like the idea of credit unions, but why do their websites have to be terrible and not work? I just want to make a car payment. It shouldn't be a riddle.

Friday Lunch! Went to Pizza NOTA and got one of their specials, the Mulberry Street Sandwich. It was very good and would recommend. I was also somehow the only person sitting out on their patio on this beautiful day. I got to watch a train go by. Really a nice spot.

Friday Lunch! (Forgot to post this yesterday) Went to Open Face at the George Eastman Museum. I got one of this week's specials, the Cuban Baguette with a side of Bread Pudding and a Stewart's Cream Soda. A very good meal.

Friday lunch! I wanted to stop by the neighboring bookstore, The Unreliable Narrator, so I decided to go to the Gate House for a burger. It was really quite good, will probably go back. Even though for some reason they sat just me at a table for 4-6 people

My only prediction about the shooter's motives is that they're going to be a weird and incomprehensible mix of different political viewpoints. Because they always are. Assassination is an irrational action, so the motives are also irrational.

Friday lunch! Went to Mood Burger. Got one of the specials, a hot dog! The Ripper Deep Fried Hot Dog + Chopped Bacon + Chopped Jalapeños + Queso + Buffalo Sauce + Moo'd Sauce. Also got the bacon queso fries. Love queso. The hot dog was good and even managed to eat it without a knife and fork.

I don't like how excited my boss gets when I volunteer to take care of a task. I'm worried I'm sending the wrong message.

Friday lunch! Went back to Open Face at the George Eastman Museum. Got their Corn Mash with baguette chips, a bottle of Moxie, and a cookie. It was pretty good. The sandwich was a little sweet for me, but definitely going back to check out other options.

Not really a fan of how my apartment decided to change the laundry cards. They got rid of the old ones, regardless of how much value left, had us buy new ones (that are exactly the same) and at the same time increased the cost for a load of laundry by 40%. Just gotta complain into the void about it

Friday lunch! Checked out the Brown Hound at the Memorial Art Gallery. Neat little restaurant in the museum, don't need to museum admittance to eat there. I got the Web's Loco Moco. Was very good, loved the Kona coffee BBQ sauce drizzle they used

Cottage-style, pan-seared garlic parmesan sourdough, capicola, sliced smoked gouda, balsamic red onion mayo, mixed greens. And a dill ranch pickled egg on the side

Friday lunch! Went to my usual spot, Mood Burger. Got the new special, The Glizzy McGuire: Folded Smash Patty + American Cheese + Hot Dog + Chopped Steak + Bacon + Onions + Pickles + Moo'd Sauce + Served on a Hot Dog Bun It needed a fork and knife. It was really good.

Friday lunch day! Went to Mood Burger again. Got the new special Sweet Heat Stack Burger: Smash Patty + Cheddar + Pulled Pork + Hot Honey + Mac & Cheese. It was very good, a bit messy. A lot of the mac and cheese fell out. But I'm a sucker for anything with hot honey.

Friday lunch at Mood Burger. Went with one of the specials, the Stinger Burger. Smash Patty + Cheddar + Chopped Cheesesteak + Chicken Patty + Buffalo Wing Dip + Queso + Grilled Onions. Was a really busy burger, and pretty big, but it was very good.

If your online form requires horizontal scrolling, that's an immediate fail. Third party service at work "updated" their forms and now it has a sleeker look, but is way less convenient to use, and requires a lot of sideways scrolling.

Friday lunch! Got a new special at Mood Burger. Hot Honey Cornbread Burger. Smash patty with cheddar, smashed cornbread bites and hot Honey. Also got it with the Queso Bacon Fries. It was all very good.

Lunch today from Wildflour. Got an Italian sandwich. Prosciutto, capicollo, soppressata, provolone, pickles, and a lemon mayo on a focaccia bread. Was very good, would recommend.

It's Friday! Went out to lunch and stopped by Rev BBQ Outpost again. Got the pimento Mac and cheese bowl with pulled pork and a side of cornbread. The bowl was pretty good, the pulled pork had some darker bark pieces on it which I always love. The cornbread was quite soft and moist.

It's a beautiful fall day so I walked over to the Henrietta Public Library for early voting. I was there a bit after three, no line, no wait.

Rereading a book while you're tracking how many books you've read this year feels like cheating. It's not though.

I went to swat away a fly and managed to slap my own glasses off my face. Not the best day so far

Brand new spot opened up today, the Rev BBQ Outpost. A new lunch counter connected to the Revelry, so I had to go check them out. It was pretty good, will definitely go back again.

Friday lunch at Mood Burger. Went with a new special, BBQ Dorito Burger. Cheddar, BBQ Doritos, BBQ Sauce, Lettuce, Pickle, Tomato, and BBQ Ranch Sauce. It was really quite good. I liked the little crunch from the Doritos and it was very flavorful.

I made a reservation for one at a fancy all-you-can-eat sushi place for Wednesday. Absolutely normal behavior.

Lunch today at Mood Burger. Tried another of the specials, the Poutine Burger. Swiss, Cheese Curds, Brown Gravy, and Fries. Since it had fries on it I tried their onion rings. Overall pretty good, a little messy.

Friday Lunch, went to Mood Burger like I usually do. Got another special, the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Smash Patty + Swiss Cheese + Mushrooms + Sautéed Onions + Arugula + Balsamic Glaze. The mushrooms were big thick pieces, which I liked. You could really taste it. Was very good, would recommend.

I had been super obsessed with a new mobile game, Sky Cards, this past week. And today they released an update that ruined everything I enjoyed about the game. This is beyond disappointing. It was a collect-them-all game and they decided to reset the collections every few months.

For today's lunch I went to Mood burger and had one of their specials, a pizza burger. It was pretty good, but I think they have better options. Then just a few doors down to Forno Tony to get some Cookies and Cream Gelato. Was a very good lunch.

Breakfast today at Fiddlestix in Cornwall, NY. Got one of the weekly specials, the NY Benny. It was incredibly delicious, would recommend.

Tonight we went to Patron Saint, a lovely steakhouse here in Rochester. I got the Dover Sole that they filet right at the table! Very impressive watching the guy take out a whole skeleton. And a delicious butterscotch creme brulee for desert.

I decided to start making smoothies with some leafy green vegetables. This will definitely fix everything.

Mentally preparing for the most stressful part of my job. Arguing with my boss about the thermostat settings. (77F is way too high)
