🌟 Curious about the Angular GDE Program? This is your chance to ask. Drop your questions about the GDE program below - we're here to answer 👇

Using HTTPSCookie authentication should be the default. Sadly, the following fact is unknown/ignored: Using tokens for auth is HIGHLY insecure ☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️

🎯 “Angular’s steep learning curve? Maybe not as steep as you think.” At iJSCon, Rainer Hahnekamp clears up one of the biggest misconceptions about Angular — and explains why the framework’s learning curve might actually be fairer than it seems. #iJSCon #Angular #WebDevelopment #JavaScript

So #angular people, I'm looking forward to this.

What if a frontend conference started at 4PM and kept going until midnight? 🍷 Drinks, vibes, and five great talks 💻 HTML, CSS, sustainability, accessibility & more 📍 Cinema De Witt, Dordrecht 🎟 fronteersconf.org

I was informed there is an update. Read : www.aikido.dev/blog/s1ngula... As I was afraid, the 40 packages mentioned this morning where just the tip of the iceberg 😅

aikido.devS1ngularity/nx attackers strike againThe attackers behind the nx attack have struck again, targeting a large amount of packages, with a first-of-its-kind worm payload.

And yet another NPM supply chain attack hits. Details: socket.dev/blog/tinycol... Please #angular, #node, #js, #typescript, and other authors. Can we stop using `postinstall` scripts? Also, please #npm, can you disable all automatic scripting? And force 2nd factor auth, no exceptions anymore?

Wow @scott.hanselman.com 👏👏👏👏👏 Late to the party, but what a good talk. I just applauded a screen! Not sure what happened there 😉 For everyone else, watch Scott's talk!

I just wanted to say, I’m probably more proud of this Ted talk than just about anything I’ve ever done so I’m gonna be absolutely useless for the next couple of weeks as I promote the shit out of this because I want you to watch it because it matters in the moment we are in youtu.be/dVG8W-0p6vg

The Angular Mascot RFC is live and you should go vote. I'm really pulling for the Angular fish designs. So definitely vote for 2️⃣ or 3️⃣. I guess you can vote for 1️⃣, if you like it, but you're missing an opportunity for an adorable pun mascot. github.com/angular/angu...

Finally all the basic needs for a signal workflow are now stable! Also, the devtools is a big step forward. And a personal favorite, syntax checking in the `host` object on components.

I feel a little bit sad. Since today, the #Angular newsgroup is closed, It has had a good run, but now is overtaken (for a while) by other support channels. However, since 2009, this has been a nice place to talk about things Angular I had the small honor of posting the final message.
