The content of Bluesky is decentralized. Its governance is not. It’s the latter that really counts when it comes to decentralized platforms.

ICE is the gestapo.

Hey Greg Bovino, you are the “gestapo.” I’m an American. I have a right to call you that. Fuck off.

If you needed a sign, here’s the 512th one 🐧

Microsoft’s first Windows 11 update of 2026 has been a mess. Microsoft has had to issue 2 out-of-band updates to fix its buggy patch. It's now investigating boot failures that may be related to its January 2026 security update 😬 full details here 👇 www.theverge.com/news/867647/...

“ICE is only going after the worst of the worst, only violent criminals.” “Okay, ICE is going after all immigrants.” “ICE is going after anyone who obstructs them.” YOU ARE HERE ↓ “Yes, we want ICE to brutalize anyone who disagrees with us — and you should be afraid.”

It’s really heartening to see conservatives admit they were duped by Trump. This is WONDERFUL personal growth. It takes guts to admit you were wrong. I’m proud of you guys. I mean that seriously. But please don’t stop there. Ask yourselves what other nonsense you have been conned into supporting.

I said a couple of times that Trump supporters would be downplaying and hand-waving sexual abuse against children as soon as the evidence against Trump was so overwhelming that it couldn't be dismissed. But I'll admit, I didn't expect it to start so quickly. Disgusting.

There are multiple people in the Julie Green Telegram channel that think Charlie's coming back from the dead because they're praying.

Would a unilateral decision like this be possible on a decentralized platform?

With legal challenges to this law pending, we cannot justify building the expensive required infrastructure. For now, we have made the difficult decision to block access in Mississippi. To learn more, read our blog post:

The “America first” president, ladies and gentlemen.

Q: New reporting reveals Russia hacked U.S. federal court systems, Do you plan to bring this up with Putin? Trump: “I guess I could. Are you surprised? You know. Are you surprised? They hack in — that's what they do.” Traitor

Fox News already has conservatives spouting off about how bad the crime is in DC. Like that is a good reason to send in the military. They have such a firm grip on the narrative. Dems naturally say “the crime isn’t as bad as they say.” Stop. You’ve just validated their dogshit talking point.

Doesn’t deploy federal troops to stop a Capitol invasion or save children from a Texas flood or clean up debris from a StL tornado. Deployed federal troops to disperse people in sleeping bags. Got it.

Because she’s lying. This whole sordid charade accusing Obama of treason is an ugly lie to distract from the fact that Trump was best friends with a pedophile/sex trafficker.

Gabbard cannot answer a question about how she can explain why Marco Rubio when he was a senator exonerated Obama of the very things she’s now accusing him of

What I've learned this week: Iran shouting "death to America" while doing nothing for two decades is a literal threat, but militiamen with nooses shouting "hang Mike Pence" while storming the Capitol was merely a cheeky protest in good fun and the rest of us are overreacting to their poetic license.

I went to the Senate floor to tell a story about Trump’s first 100 days - a story of daily, norm shattering corruption. I laid out 40 different corrupt acts - each one alone could have taken down previous presidents. 1/ A 🧵 of my speech. People need to know this story.

The overlooked story of the day: Trump said he'd love to send American citizens to prison camps—the same camps his own admin argued in court he has no authority to extract people from if they're sent wrongly. Don't forget, he calls anyone who doesn't support him criminals, the "enemy within," etc.

Joshua Reed Eakle 🗽@joshuaeakle.com

Reporter: "The President of El Salvador said he would be willing to take American citizens [into his prison camps]." Trump: "I love that... I'd be honored to give them... if they can house these criminals... I'm all for it." This is totalitarianism.

It's not a joke. It's not a "my heart goes out to you." It's not autism. They're doing unabashed Seig Heils on stage at CPAC now.

Steve Bannon, after calling for Trump to be President for life, did a Nazi salute on stage at CPAC. Nazism has officially taken over the GOP. The few remaining conservatives have a choice: either leave the party and obstruct it—or choose to be complicit.

When the Libertarian Party got overtaken by people that I didn't agree with, I left. Republican voters, you can do the same thing now. It's a political party, not your favorite sports team. Have principles and stick to them. You are still you even after you stop calling yourself a Republican.
