some opossums~ i changed the way i paint the fur (last pic is an old one from last year) just one coat instead of three using a scruffy wet brush tecnique that is for one soooo much faster but i also think it looks nice, gives it some texture! 😊

i have to make sure all my kitties have headbands while they're drying, i forgot one and it's tail ran away from the body. XP I'll try to stuff some more clay in there to fix it, buts it's a lot easier and more consistent if i just remember to make them wear a headband lol

did some unloading the kiln and glazing today, excited to try some new colors from IMCO and using hot wax on the bottoms! so far the wax seems really nice not to have to scrub and scrape glaze off large surfaces plus a nice clean line... new colors i'll have to wait and see.
