funny thing about anxiety issues is that you have a stretch where you think you got it. its solved. you'll never feel that annoying lingering anxiety again. and then it returns and you gotta do all that shit again. ugh

my flight was delayed by 7 hours, there was a screaming baby on the flight, i wasn't able to sit for the 3 hour train journey, the trains last stops where cancelled and only then, after being awake for more than 24 hours and travelling since 7:30pm yesterday, did i start crying
