The math isn't mathing. Andy Harris plays Mr. Fiscal Conservative, but doesn't know adding $50 billion and then cutting $137 billion is a loss. His vote for the Big Ugly Bill did that. Watch till the end. He finds out from me the only labor and delivery unit in MD-01 closed.
