On Oct. 13, the League of Women Voters put Andy Harris and Dan Schwartz on the same stage: same rules, same questions, voters deciding for themselves. Thank you to the District-01 Leagues. This has been their mission since 1920. We’re grateful to the volunteers who made it happen.

Nobody wants to look back at this election and regret not doing more. We can’t afford to take anything for granted with the midterms while Trump threatens to sabotage them.

My opponent Andy Harris hasn't held an in-person town hall in over 3 years. So I knew he’d be rusty. I just didn’t expect it against the audience and the local journalists on that level. He was so confidently wrong on Maryland law, same energy as blaming Democrats for gas prices.

I am proud to announce the endorsement of Sheree Sample-Hughes, Delegate 37A. The Delegate has been a dedicated public servant first serving as Wicomico County Commissioner and then stepping in as Delegate for District 37A. She has earned the respect of voters across parties and the region.

Tuesday's debate wasn't a good look for Andy Harris. Per @wbaltv11.bsky.social he "shut down questions he didn't like from The Baltimore Banner and became combative when a Capital News Service reporter stood up for her colleague." We need a Rep who engages constituents & interacts with the press.
