The biggest failure after the first night market concept (FC 2020 iirc) was not focusing on the sexy dance club and bondage show etc aspect and instead focusing on “market”. The vibe seemed to have a few curated sellers for a “black market” feel not a mall, it’s been more mid ever since imo
