Working on that fic inspired by that one song and realizing it’s starting to turn out like this song also. I can’t cope with this

My biggest advice is don’t cater to cis/straight audiences, a transphobe isn’t going to suddenly like trans people because your trans character has “good morals” and is 2-dimensional in their “goodness”
This is why I hate the “it has to be subtle!!!” Critique of queer media. The fact that we can’t just say what we are or what the character is is so reductive and constraining to so many queer writers. Don’t let cis people dictate how you show you identity. They don’t know what they’re saying.
This goes for the opposite as well. They aren’t charitable BECAUSE they’re trans, they aren’t selfless BECAUSE they’re trans, they aren’t kind or nice BECAUSE they’re trans, they just are
Trans people are people, and people can be traumatized, have trauma responses, emotions they haven’t learned how to process yet - people can be mean, vile, disgusting, selfish - people can be kind, nice, caring, and do everything with the best of intentions and do everything to help everyone else

“You’re making trans people look bad!” It’s almost like. Trans people are people, and people can be confusing, contradictory, multi-dimensional, have their own motives, struggle with emotional regulation, have their own values and will act on them in ways that YOU don’t personally agree with
They only “look bad” because you’re attributing ALL of their actions to them being trans. “They’re violent because they’re trans, they’re manipulative because they’re trans, they’re inappropriate because they’re trans” whether they’re a “good” person or not, NONE OF IT is BECAUSE they’re trans
When trans creators are subtle, people dismiss the trans subtext as “headcanon.”
When trans creators are loud and proud, people call it “obnoxious” and “cringe.”
They just don’t want us to be represented in media at all. Because they don’t want us to exist at all.
I wrote a fic for the drunk sex prompt of #jaycestweek !!
It's a little emo and very hot, all that good stuff, so enjoy!

I set up a Ko-fi where I’ll post my comic WIP’s if I actually start working on it (I WILL I WILL I WILL I WILL I WILL I WILL I WILL I WILL I WILL) but for now it’s just. There. So. Yee
Jayce and Viktor trapped floating around the Arcane post-s2 and Viktor has to bring up the topic of “Okay Jayce who the fuck was that guy” in reference to Ekko, this random guy he’s never met who mysteriously has an Arcane bomb that by all logic shouldn’t exist in this universe
Idk I just think that whole situation from Viktor’s perspective is way funnier than it should be. “That device can’t be” he had seconds to be utterly baffled and then just. Moved on
