One of the hardest things to do is bring campaign-level communications to the work of governance, and snowstorms are notoriously one of the biggest litmus tests that less-engaged voters use to judge mayoral administrations. This is an excellent way to communicate.

This is Rules as Written and as a GM I do not like deviating from these for the sake of consistency. I shouldn't have to say your thralls somehow magically don't trip wires, apply pressure to plates, ignore magical runes protecting doors, etc. (4/5)

I allowed players to use the playtest version and I don't plan on taking it away from the current players but I've got a few others that are upset because I've made it very clear Necromancer will not see play at tables I'm running again for the foreseeable future. (2/5)

Why? Because both of the players currently using the class essentially use (free) Thralls as trap minesweepers, by commanding them to walk 30 feet ahead of them down hallways and open doors. (3/5)
