10 home losses. “It’s pathetic, honestly.” What once was a fortress at Mercedes-Benz Stadium has fallen. Atlanta United now at double-digit home losses for the first time in its history after falling to the Chicago Fire 3-2. @shwrites.bsky.social @atlpilgrim.bsky.social @jpopkin.bsky.social 👇

10 home losses. Atlanta United fall 3-2 to the Chicago Fire. Three errors by Lucas Hoyos led to all three goals, and official playoff elimination is now a loss to NYCFC away. New Three Takeaways from @shwrites.bsky.social @jpopkin.bsky.social @atlpilgrim.bsky.social 👇 youtu.be/1hp0FhKEAyc

Oh my word Breel Embolo was right in front of goal, put his laces through it and...let's just say it caught Chris Brady at a place where it shouldn't have. That hurt to watch

Chicago goal. Saletros from outside the box on a failed clearance and it's 1-1 in the 30th. Lucas Hoyos furious with Victor Rivas afterwards - thought there should have been a goal kick previously. Nonetheles...it's tied

It's matchday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and basically all Atlanta United can hope for is to play spoiler against a Chicago Fire side seeking a top-four seed Got you covered with a preview, projected lineups, and scoreline prediction @scarvesandspikes.com👇 scarvesandspikes.com/2026/10/24/a...

This looks like a home-run hire for Atlanta City FC. Rich Gunney has experience building one of the NWSL's most successful sides at Gotham FC. Looking forward to seeing that success carry over to Atlanta.

Don't Stop Believin' begins playing over the Mercedes-Benz Stadium PA before it is *quickly* cut off, which, frankly, was the correct thing to do

Pretty slow start to this one, honestly. Atlanta Untied has had a half-chance or two in this one but outside of that not a *lot* to speak of.

Miguel Almirón on his Instagram post after Atlanta United's loss to FC Cincinnati: "I think myself and other members of the team were a bit embarrassed in front of the fans. That's why it's a bit frustrating that these things happen."

"Atlanta is a great club. They have the best fans in the league. We have an incredible stadium. The training center is also incredible. The people who work, not just us, there are many people who work inside the club, who make a great effort for us to be well."

As I mentioned in the video, the fact that Atlanta United couldn’t put FC Cincinnati’s beleaguered defense to the sword tonight speaks volumes about this club. Just poor.

Atlanta United faced a slumping FC Cincinnati side missing Evander on Saturday. The result: a 3-1 loss after a Kévin Denkey second-half brace. @shwrites.bsky.social, @atlpilgrim.bsky.social, and @jpopkin.bsky.social's takeaways on a night that all but ends the playoff dream: youtu.be/syxYbIz2asU
