Excited for my 10th year of Art Fight. This is also my first time filling out one of these things without just copypasting pre-existing artwork into the squares.

Red Wolf Woods - Gouache on a 12 X 17 decommissioned sign. Inspired by the red wolves at Point Defiance, where my partner & I had the chance to learn about these incredible wolves. 100 prints will be made, 50% of Proceeds will be donated to saveredwolves.org Only 21 red wolves remain in the wild.

Shit was awful. Had mild menstrual cramps, took naproxen, went to bed. Woke up at around ~12 PM with nausea, migraine, chills, bad pain. vomited clear shit. Couldn't even get out of bed until 9 PM when I threw up the green shit. stayed awake maybe ~3 hours before going back to sleep for 14 HOURS.

Really been into EPIC the Musical these past few days. And I've never been particularly interested in anything relating to Greek mythology before. But I do love musicals.

On June 5th Israel attacked the home of Lebanese sea turtle conservationist Mona Khalil. Mona was hospitalized with burns and injuries to over 70% of her body. Yesterday, June 19th, Mona died from her injuries. This wasn’t an accident.

That iced coffee discourse on Twitter is crazy. Millennials are the new boomers. "Professionalism" is so arbitrary and inconsistent, and I don't blame young people for not wanting to put up with the corporate humiliation rituals and bullshit mind games in this economy.

These people seem genuinely convinced Gen Z can't get jobs because of their "entitled" attitude. Not the economy- not entry-level jobs being taken by AI, not companies intentionally under-staffing since COVID. It's that iced coffee! Welcome back, avocado toast.

I've been eating kids' meals at McDonalds and Burger King lately for the lower calorie count, and it's crazy how bad the toys are nowadays. Almost never a play gimmick. I feel they're more aimed at millennials making TikTok unboxing videos or some shit than actual children.
