This is a bit off the wall but is it possible there's like a red jersey bias? It seems like teams that are wearing a red jersey are officiated more harshly than those in other colors.

This Person Is Correct ! Algae Do NOT Have Seeds,They Rely On Microscopic Spores, Cell Division, Or Fragmentation......💪🏻

This is now my personal head cannon. Cats are most drawn to those that don't look at them. They don't like to be touched without permission. And they hate eye contact, esp from strangers. So murderbot would definitely be adopted by a cat.

"I had not touched a cat in 15 years when an orange kitten wandered over to sit with me in the grass one day. I was left without adequate words to describe that experience. It reminded me I am alive. It instilled in me a raw, unbridled happiness that I had never felt before, not even as a child."

"Perhaps prison would have persisted this way forever. Perhaps our granite hearts and iron wills would have never crumbled. Perhaps the prison mentality, that we be cold and heartless, would have endured. Perhaps. But then there were kittens."

Make Sure Everyone Knows 😊💙 HOLY S**T look at this: Florida GOP Senator Rick Scott just quietly disclosed stock trades a year late – worth $26 MILLION – on companies HE LEGISLATED. 😳 This is corrupt to its core, and he's hoping no one will notice. You know what to do.

If colonial America had been as "discerning" in who they supported in the fight against the British as we are in this fight against fascism, we would still be singing God Save the King.

Replying to @kenwhite.bsky.social

Completely ignoring Ephesians 5:21 to lean hard into 22 and 23 is always baffling to me. I also don’t get how you could love someone so much you’re essentially one person and not respect their wishes.

I'd be willing to bet money that when he and his wife argue about something that feels patently obvious to him and she isn't budging, this is the "honey" he busts out just before the argument escalates.

I need all of #lawsky to see this video from a Colorado appeals court livestream yesterday. I am in actual tears. Sound *incredibly* on, the subtitles will not help.

And Breyer has ruled the deployment illegal: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

Another excellent liveskeet from Joshua; docket is www.courtlistener.com/docket/70496... and Breyer hopes to have the ruling out today (corrected docket link, I grabbed the wrong case)

He blocked me. I love it.

No I don't think they are. I believe I am able to type whatever I want to on my phone. I believe that even though I am living in one of the reddest states in the union I can hold whatever views I want. I can even share those views although I generally choose not to locally.

Tariffs were NEVER going to “bring manufacturing back to the US.” There are many reasons, including: •Even with tariffs, US labor is prohibitively expensive •America’s supply chain isn’t ready •Most Americans don’t want to do manufacturing jobs •Not enough unemployed workers to fill new factories

They say history is written by the victors, but that's not true. History is interpreted by the victors. History is written by the writers. But nobody writes anymore. Instead, We chat, blog, text. That would be fine if the Internet was a stable medium, but it's not.

History must be written in order to be written. And it must be written in a way that can still be read 50-100 from now. Our society produces a lot of printed media, but almost all of it will disintegrate within 50 years. It's time to bring back journaling, scrapbooking, and photo albums.

Here's a question for ya: If birthright citizenship is ended, where do you draw the line? Like, my grandmother was a war bride. She immigrated here after marrying my grandfather. She wasn't a US citizen when she had my father. Does this mean my dad will no longer be a US citizen? What about me?

“And so the Greeks send me this horse, we’re talking about one of the most beautiful horses you’ve ever seen. So big. So strong. Normally they keep this kind of horse for themselves but they were such big fans they said sir, please take our big wonderful horse we’ll even bring it to your house”
