1. Who out there is asking “gee, I wonder who attorneys are voting for?” Attorneys aren’t really a class the public generally respects, they are among the most despised professions in the US (per the ABA itself!). 2. More than half the attorneys chose not to endorse in this race.

abajournal.comLawyers viewed as more ethical than car salespeople and US lawmakersOnly 16% of Americans rate lawyers’ honesty and ethical standards as "high" or "very high," according to a Gallup poll taken in December.

Attorneys know good attorneys. In Houston Bar Association's 2026 Judicial Preference Poll, attorneys across Harris County chose Abbie for County Attorney by a 2:1 margin. #keepkamin *The results of this Judicial Preference Poll are not a Houston Bar Association endorsement.*

Surface parking is an untapped gold mine of value, especially city-owned lots. Here’s the surface parking acreage within Houston city limits. Some of the city’s most valuable land is parking lots generating little property tax and near-zero sales tax. Your taxes subsidize those lots downtown.

Facts worth repeating: It would be cheaper to pay the ~40,000 or so people employed by the coal industry $1M a year to do nothing than to pay for the health damages (not including climate change) caused by burning coal in the U.S. publichealth.hsc.wvu.edu/news/story?h...

We will never forget, we will forever honor. We will never forget where we were, or the realization the world had changed forever. Innocence ripped away by hate and fanaticism. There’s now an entire generation that did not bear witness. It is on all of us to ensure they, too, understand. #9/11
