Governments exist to provide the legal/physical infrastructure to reduce uncertainty in people's lives. Trump and the Republican Party are an enormous engine of uncertainty. The Democratic Party has huge opportunities to address huge uncertainties in healthcare, housing, and wages. But will they?

It becomes more obvious every day that if we want to end this regime, we the people, have to take down the big money that supports this regime. Our Congress isn't working for us. We, the 99%, have immense power in our spending. Quit Amazon and all the others. You have alternatives and POWER!

A politician with the guts to say it: "No American child from the blue collar or the middle class should have to die fighting in Iran. Let the Epstein class fight the Epstein War." - Premier Wab Kinew at the NDP national convention, Winnipeg.

Understand this: There are Trump regime concentration camps in America, where innocent people are being killed and tortured and sexually abused—not to mention caged indefinitely—and that includes men, women, and children. These Nazi-style camps are on military bases to keep their activities secret.

21/21 Final verdict: The disguise exists because the project cannot survive daylight. A politics that instrumentalizes people must speak the language of care, nature, and crisis—because it cannot openly admit its goal: replacing free citizens with a managed social order.

20/21 The deeper motive is not family flourishing—it is predictability and control. Plural societies are hard to govern. Standardized family structures produce legible citizens, stable hierarchies, and fewer challenges to authority.

19/21 The demographic “crisis” is doing heavy lifting. Emergencies suspend norms. Once survival is at stake, pluralism feels irresponsible. The illusion of inevitability replaces consent, and compliance feels like maturity.

18/21 Rights language is key to the disguise. By redefining freedom as fulfilling one’s proper role, coercion can be sold as empowerment. If the state is merely “protecting children” or “supporting families,” resistance looks immoral rather than political.

17/21 This is classic Arendt. When politics becomes socially unacceptable, ideology moves underground. Domination survives by masking itself as administration, expertise, or neutral problem-solving rather than openly asserting authority.

16/21 The Heritage Foundation understands that voters will not accept “the state must command your private life.” So it reframes power as necessity: We don’t want this—reality forces it upon us.

15/21 Why the disguise? Because open authoritarianism has no democratic legitimacy. In a society that still speaks the language of freedom and rights, coercive social control must present itself as care, protection, or common sense.

14/21 Verdict: A liberal family policy does not manage a “social body.” It creates space—economic and civic—where diverse families can emerge through free action. It treats natality not as a statistic to optimize, but as the beginning of new political actors—the very condition of freedom.

13/21 There is no manufactured “civilizational emergency.” Demographic change is addressed through adaptation, inclusion, and material support, not moral panic. Policy operates in normal time, not a permanent state of exception.

12/21 Rights are not inverted. Children’s welfare is protected without overriding adult freedom or prescribing a single family model. The state sets floors (safety, education, health), not blueprints for intimate life.

11/21 Liberal policy avoids organic metaphors like “social body” or “cells.” It treats society as a plurality of persons, not an organism with functions. Individuals have dignity independent of their family status, fertility, or conformity.

10/21 A liberal framework refuses to weaponize “Nature.” Family forms are treated as political and social realities, open to debate and evolution. No structure is declared inevitable or “pre-political.” Disagreement is legitimate, not deviant.

9/21 Where authoritarian policy centers biological life, a liberal policy centers political agency. The goal is not higher birth rates, but conditions under which people can choose relationships, care, and parenthood without coercion or precarity. Citizens remain actors, not reproductive inputs.
