I feel like there might be a misconception with my previous announcement but just in case there might be some confusion for some. When I said i'll be moving from Twitch I meant I will be streaming mainly Altstream and still being around on Twitch to chat with everyone in chat/streams ect.

It's not a case of removing my entire activity on there, I know there are still people out there who might not be ready to move yet and want to have that connection regardless. I hope this clears things up for folks.

Twitch Sponsorship AI "Campaign Assist" is now fully implemented and will warn you in the Activity Feed if you mention things like Explicit Language, Alcohol, Drugs, politics, and other issues when doing Twitch's low-paying sponsorships.

Amazon is in talks to buy the real-time video generation tool Decart for $7 billion. Decart had a prominent presence at Twitchcon Rotterdam 2026 and San Diego 2025, where it showed off its live video generation tool.

Hey everyone 👋 I recently joined up to a brand new streaming platform that I feel is far better then Twitch. No AI nonsense and no ad's. The platform is very LGBTQIA+ friendly with the use of a pronouns option that also shows besides peoples names in chat. It’s called @altstream.online

CEO Dan Clancy says Twitch now uses AI to identify streamers that may not match a brand, since it now transcribes all streams for brand safety. It won't show ads on channels or content the AI believes don't match what the advertiser is trying to achieve.
