One of my core memories of him was his girlfriend was looking for him, and calling his name over and over from inside of the house. (I was outside grilling in my yard) She came out to his garage, and shouted, "What are you doing?!" All I heard (we have a brick wall) was, "........Man-stuff!"

This costume was such a last minute toss-together/closet cosplay. Random cheese cloth I had a spare box of, over a foam mannequin head, glued on top of a beanie. Heat warpable plastic for the fingers and some paint. This critter scared SO many folks, it was absolutely incredible.
