Just watched the Sir Kev programme on iplayer that's being broadcast on BBC1 tonight at 8. Had me in absolute pieces. 💔💔😭😭 I miss Rob so much, and Kev is an absolute legend. We need so many more like him. 💙🤍💛 Now looking at the artwork of Kev carrying Rob in my living room with extra tears. 💜💜

Laid in bed to chill. Body decided to be a twat today. Mind you, first epileptic seizure in 13 days, so not done too bad, but then brings on the spasms and palpitations. Oh joy, but hey ho, ride it out, feeling better now. 💜
