@fionatribe.bsky.social I feel yr pain. I had plantar fasciitis. Stretching exercises, physio, did not help. Which made sense when I had an MRI that showed a 9cm tear. Then an MRI guided cortisone injection. Magic. A period of rest, orthopaedic inserts, and it’s been fine ever since.
