Some Place to Be Podcast

Some Place to Be is an actual play podcast dedicated to exploring how mechanics inform character and celebrating games by indie designers. Featuring an all queer cast of rotating GMs, we take the same characters and story into different TTRPGs each season. Our website: someplacetobe.neocities.org

I absolutely love that because we have so many asexual cast members and main characters we get to depict some of the different aspects that make up the vast reality of asexual experiences.

Happy #AceWeek again this year! We are an actual play podcast with 5 cast members on the ace spectrum! Come for the ttrpg book clubs, stay for the ever-evolving character dynamics!

I've heard back from the mechanic looking at it, and have been informed the car needs to be scrapped. Please share this around if you can.

This episode's intro features returning cast member @ribbysauce.bsky.social as El Alvarez!

El Alvarez is the Delinquent — A known troublemaker across campus who's name instantly gives headaches to authority figures. While sharp tongued and sarcastic, they repay those that treat them with kindness the same but tenfold. But treat them with injustice or scorn? Well...
