Way to go, #thesimpsons - that was a long-overdue corrective to bring Apu back, in a clever & mis-directional way. It 'admitted' the show's bts ineffectual discussions & response, his treatment, the reticence (understandable & otherwise), the delayed revival - while welcoming the new voice actor.

Even for a regime with more scandals than you can count, this ranks near the top as one of the most egregious and criminal abuses of presidential power in history.

So many sneering elitist journalists with snarky posts over the past months that the Reflecting Pool story was trivial. It was so trivial that the DC US Attny presented false evidence to a grand jury to indict an innocent man to please the President while they both lied about it.

...that the swells included Costington and Duff, and the tribute wall to dead police had so many callbacks to dead-on-the-show characters. But my TOP choice was having a jazz combo version of The *Larry Davis Experience* playing, as clean-cut as they've ever appeared on the show!

DPS Reprise was wonderful. But what's oddest is that this ep may be the stealth FILTHIEST episode yet, including: The kids' 'Eww' implying that Skinner got a visible boner; “Non-stop poke’er” from Agnes; Onion Rings>Pig Anuses>Fish Anuses; Chalmers-as-a-pimp; Nelson farting on Hub; the “weird...

smoke” at the Laser Beethoven show; and when Martin’s outburst got bleeped&pixelated (which was LOL funny). Collectively - that was a *lot* of adulty-humor for the show, and I totally enjoyed it. Was a quality guest-star turn for Culkin too, a well-thought-out character. Some gorgeous animation too!

Luigi’s Pizza Playland mallshop has a # of show’s classic arcade games, even the since-Ullman Space Mutants! ❤️ the ball-pool action...

LOVED the kids' writers’ room satire- I sent a clip to my bud who works for Zaillian to make sure he sees it! Boddicker's - sorry, Kurtwood's...
