Per Russian media, “Russian sources expect that as well as purchasing Russian oil and diesel, Donald Trump will provide Russia with spare parts to repair the refineries damaged by Ukrainian drone strikes. They anticipate that Trump's fuel deal will lead to a Russian victory.”

It is also rumoured that the “diesel deal” is a step toward DJT and those in his proximity acquiring shares to overseas assets of the Russian Lukoil. If and when I have credible confirmation, I will report on this. If this is true, it’s all about lifting sanctions than purchasing any diesel.

Today I turned 2(out of 5) fans off, increased the temp on my bedroom AC unit, had windows open, and *chose* to wear pants. It's officially no longer summer! 😀🥰🤸🌕

The orange half-wit doesn't understand the most basic principles of economics: 1. A huge national debt (that he has caused) increases interests rates. 2. A trading deficit is not a debt, nor an imbalance. The most embarrassingly thick president in the history of the USA.

He is the most profoundly stupid, damaged and delusional excuse for a human being to ever hold an elected office. He has done so much damage to our country, it's unlikely we will ever undo it. He is a corrupt fool. There is zero excuse for those who can but won't stand up to him.

If he won’t defend the United States of America from a country he’s attacking, he should be removed from office. Hard to think of a anything that could be less controversial than that.

This is a crisis of federalism. Tim Walz is asserting as fact that Iran attacked water infrastructure in Minnesota and several other states. And Trump is saying it's Minnesota's own fault they were attacked as part of a war he started.

Law enforcement doesn’t wear masks and attack people who have committed no crimes. That’s what criminals do.

“The documents he offered tonight, though, tell a different story—so different that they raise the question of whether Trump, or anyone else in the White House, actually read them.”

Tom Nichols@radiofreetom.bsky.social

The documents Trump cited don't even make his case - and actually refute much of it. But that didn'tg matter. No foreign regime, no spies, no saboteurs have yet matched the damage that America’s own president just did tonight to faith in U.S. elections. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/0...

If this is really how he talks about everyday life, it’s no wonder so many people feel like Washington lives on a different planet. Most families are trying to stretch every paycheck, not bragging about the perks that come with holding public office.

This is especially true if a man is built like a threatened anteater. Miller has relatively narrow shoulders and wide hips, which means there's not much shape through the torso.

It’s worth watching Mamdani’s full 13-minute address. THIS is the 4 of July speech the country deserves. If you teach, consider adding it to your curriculum. If you’re a parent, watch it with your kids. This is a weekend to reflect. This speech was pitch-perfect. This speech should be remembered.

Mamdani: "As we mark 250 years ... we see the wealthiest country -- one where children go to sleep hungry while the world's first trillionaire hungers for more ... we see masked agents terrorizing our streets, eating food cooked by undocumented neighbors before spiriting them away in unmarked vans"

In his CNBC interview, Trump appears to acknowledge that not just he, but also his sons, are trading on insider information, and to argue that there's nothing wrong with that. Of course, it's a felony.
