We’re nearing the next issue of Boundary Shock Quarterly, but you can always get the Galactic Gastronomy from a number of sources. My story A Dish Best Served garnishes this collection with revenge well planned. www.klforslund.com/post/galacti...

80 reviews on Amazon today! and while I can't say for sure anymore, I think 100 unlocks something in the algo and people's minds... who knows? But if you've read it and haven't thought to review there, go fuck around and find out on my behalf, won't you? a.co/d/0jepSjkZ Thanks @gabino.bsky.social 🖤

It’s #FridayReads time! Let’s share books & boost all signals. Repost this & let us know what to repost for you. Flying back to Austin tomorrow, so I’m a bunch of feelings in a blender and just want folks to read about home, my friends, magic, storms…and it’s only $13! www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/0316...

Headlights by CJ Leede might be my favourite read of the year so far. A brilliant supernatural horror thriller that I think fans of John Connolly’s Charlie Parker series will love, it also has one of my favourite secondary characters maybe ever. Highly recommended.

THIS HOUSE ISN'T HAUNTED BUT WE ARE by @stejhoward.bsky.social A tense and sorrowful tale of grief and what it does to you, set in a house that isn't quite what it seems. A short and intense read that had me both creeped out and choked up. Highly recommended!

Good morning! It’s #IndieApril and we want to take a moment to celebrate #IndieBooks! Tell us about an indie book you’ve loved - and be sure to tag the author so they know you loved it too!

So cool to see my little novella pop up on this Horror DNA list - very grateful!

Hedone was run by perpetual non-payer Caitlin Marceau. Avoid this editor when they inevitably launch their next project. To all Hedone authors affected, you have my sympathies and I’m sorry this is happening to you.

Hedone Anthology authors were told we'd be paid by Jan 15th - which was months later than contracted. Then we were told we'd be paid by Feb 15th, which came and went with no payment or contact. Some of us emailed Hedone Books to ask for an update, but had no reply. Then 2 days ago some of us saw...

Just had the pleasure of shouting “get a life” at a group of losers waving flags outside a hotel housing asylum seekers. Not only is it daft and fuelled by racism, but it’s Friday night, so perhaps it’s you who should ‘go home’.

There are very few films that get to me the way the Horror in the High Desert films do. Brilliant found footage work that’s building its own mythos, number 4 really starts tying a few things together. But it’s also as wildly tense as the first three instalments. Loved it.
