A video of a ukrainian young boy has gone viral on social media. He tells his mother that he has grown used to the sound of Shahed drones and is no longer afraid of them. “It’s better to listen to nature and what the trees are telling you,” the boy advises his mother.

I wish more Americans understood the Declaration of Independence. The document and its list of grievances are as real today as it was in 1776.

Ohtani had to become the Dodgers all time leader in homeruns to get the MVP not just the left handers 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Billy Williams called Pete Crow-Armstrong to congratulate him after breaking his 56-year Cubs single-season record for HRs by a LHH. PCA’s evolution amazes him: “It gives me a great thrill to see an individual come along like that,” Williams told the Tribune. www.chicagotribune.com/2026/09/19/c...

I wish more Americans had health care in other countries. Our medical system provides worse care than any other developed country. We pay too much for poor outcomes.

I think a majority of Americans feel like they don't belong on either side of our politics.

“My side no matter what” is a big reason for why we got Trump. No American should take that stance. I can’t take that stance because I don’t fit on either side. Give this a read. Thanks.👇

America has failed moral leadership.

Extraordinary, powerful and heart-wrenching. Active duty Marine Colonel Zach Schmidt, speaking in his personal capacity, about Khalil, an Afghan national whose family helped U.S. forces in Afghanistan. Khalil was deported by the U.S. on Friday to a conflict zone.

This makes me less nervous. Glad to have smart people like @normeisen.bsky.social to help explain what is going on.

Please don't overreact to Roberts Court decision on the contemplated USPS ballot moves They simply held that the injunction came too early in the process, before there was a final rule👇 Now we HAVE a final rule & we will litigate it. I'm as confident in our arguments here as in any of our cases!

Another food problem! It is getting scary to buy food.

It’s almost like when you cut back on regulation things get less regulated. Like “glass-in-the-fruit-bars” less regulated. www.cbsnews.com/news/outshin...

An outstanding article and explainer that makes it clear we can't trust business to protect us from authoritarianism.

How do you say I don't care about our country's future without saying you don't care about our country's future.

The administration’s treatment of Donahue removes any remaining doubt that in Hegseth’s version of a meritocracy, there is no level of excellence that can trump politics, and it is difficult to overstate how much that principle will cripple a military in a democracy. www.nytimes.com/2026/06/28/o...

Want to break the DC gridlock? Look at Idaho. If Independents win, neither major party gets an absolute majority. A new Bullfinch poll shows Todd Achilles takes a +20 lead (51% vs 31%) over 83 yo millionaire incumbent Jim Risch once voters hear both platforms. #USSenate #Independent #TermLimits
