Check out my research on two silent-era films, 1926's "The Sign of the Claw" and 1928's "The Sky Rider," for Kino Lorber's 2025 collection with the Library of Congress. As a dog lover, I really enjoyed researching Champion and Peter the Great. Available now on Kino Lorber's site and Amazon!

PLOT TWIST! Looks like I spoke too soon... and I won the Grand Prize! I truly did not expect to take home the trophy. Thank you to everyone for your congratulations and support over the last few days. And congratulations to my fellow winners! 🫶🏻

Happy 75th birthday to I Love Lucy! Groundbreaking and iconic, we still love you, Lucy. 🖤

The 2026 FilmQuest program is LIVE, and it's gorgeous. My pilot, Cultivation, is named with the top 15 pilot nominees on page 53. I'm so honored to be included in FilmQuest because they work tirelessly to build a supportive community dedicated to the art of filmmaking. ♡

Ned's boyfriend. His name is Monster Pete. IDK I don't make the rules.

Y'all, @leahfromsd.bsky.social gave me the best gift. She gave me a reason to write and mail a letter. I highly recommend it. #scriptsky

Hey #scriptsky, who's planning on going to FilmQuest or AFF? They overlap, which is unfortunate. I'm planning to go to FilmQuest this year. Would love to know your plans!

Okay, toying with an idea here: would I have some moots that would want to help me do a virtual table read? Just for me to take notes after this last round of revisions & tighten up dialog. Would need 5 readers. 101 pages, so not overkill. And it's a comedy, so fun! Let me know 😁 #Scriptsky

Screaming and cheering for EVERYONE at the Emmys tonight! 💖 #scriptsky

Mork & Mindy premiered on this day in 1978. #scriptsky #NanuNanu

Palaeography bat-signal! I am currently looking after a very old copy (c. 1690?) of the Book of Common Prayer. Inside one flyleaf is this block of what looks like shorthand. Can anyone tell me anything about it, even at the level of what shorthand system it might be?

I was SO excited to wear this tank top to the FilmQuest mixer last night. Shout out to @smalltownweirdo.bsky.social for making the coolest clothes!

Before the day is done, I'd like to shout out my writing buddy, my research assistant, my very own wonder dog... Ned. 💖 Happy national dog day, sweet friend.

Tonight: making challah (for the first time!) and spending time with Ned on the deck. It doesn't look like it in this pic, but the deck is Ned's favorite place. Been on a writing hiatus with some freelance editing work, but I'm hoping to start writing again on Monday. 💖 #scriptsky

Mom and Dad went out to a party 😘

Ned's Summerween costume. A time-lapse of getting ready.

Thanks for a great time, Chicago. 🥰 Peacing out for now, but I'm sure we'll be back.

Ate a brownie from the place where brownies were invented?! Like, WHAT IS LIFE? We also visited the bean with some beans. 😂 #scriptsky

Visited the Willis* Tower today, but the wildfire smoke was so thick that we initially thought it was frosted glass. (*Sears) #scriptsky
