How fucking small is your micro penis that you have to compensate by shooting elephants?

"Witnessing such a young elephant lose its life to trophy hunting is a painful reminder of why we cannot allow this to continue.Together, let's demand stricter regulations and an immediate ban on trophy hunting. Our wildlife deserves better. #BanTrophyHuntingNow"

Stop what you are doing and look at this lovely story. A photography student in the 80s took pictures of punks and mods on the street in Preston. He’s now tracked them down and photographed them again. The pictures and stories are really ❤️ www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Walked past a car with big LIQUORICE FM decals on it and asked the very cool dude getting out of it "Whats the frequency man?" I don't think he got my hilarious nod to R.E.M. But he set me straight that it's a web station, and fuck me, turns out its super cool. Jazz, Soul, Funk etc www.liquorice.fm

The immediate goal is a humanoid robot in combat within 6 months and a Russian position taken without infantry within a year. Ukraine's robots already carried out thousands of missions. In some cases Russians have surrendered to machines. "Robots should fight, not people."

It astounds me just how regularly I forget that all furniture that I can afford to buy, arrives as a flat pack. I see the assembled image and say to myself "oh yes, send me that" and then that goddamn flat box arrives. I doubt I'll ever remember. Oh well, whats one more weekend of back pain eh?!

You can see Spidey fighting evil in this series of images. In the last 2 you can see a yellowish/orange tone in the photo. That’s when I was being pepper sprayed in the back and the side of the face. If you want to support my work feel free to do so at this link: paypal.me/chrisjuhn

On this day 108 years ago an 18 year old boy was killed in the basement of a house in France by an artillery shell. That boy was my Great Uncle George. It's a sad one, but it has some lovely bits too. He was known as the Baby of The Battalion, red more here yelpar.blogspot.com/2026/08/geor...

Who says humans are no longer evolving? I just read the below comment on a Reddit post "The same kind’ve people who have..." I give it ten years before the Cambridge Dictionary makes it the word of the year.

I have such an expertly curated algorithm that I'm seeing posts from Mexican street food restaurants in the US and this is how they're advertising the game tomorrow night. "Good vibes"

Chatting with my doctor this week about how people in history would've died painful deaths from things we easily cure today & that life expectancy in some eras was 50ish years And she says "Yeah well in the bible some people lived for 500 to 600 years, how do we explain that?" I need a new doctor

Remembering a bunch of years back when I was on that zucker site, I'd asked an archaeologist mate over in the UK to confirm something on an archaeology FB group for me and he responded with the most British of archaeological responses... "Will do... am on Hadrians wall just now... so a bit tricky"

The Sophist (or travelling teacher) Philostratus description of Achilles includes the following... "Though mild in manner, he was very fierce in battle. His face showed the joy of a man richly endowed."
