The very last task I had at BioWare before I left to pursue a new opportunity was to paint this pose of Solas embracing the Inquisitor (I didn't paint this entire image, it was just the figures). Even at the time it felt poignant that this would be my last contribution to Dragon Age.

Bioware has been in my life since I was a little kid. The first of their games I played was Baldur's Gate 2. I love how twisted and fun the game was, and when Mass Effect came out I fell in love with their games again. Both Mass Effect and Dragon Age will always hold a special place in my heart.

Probably not the choice of everyone but I say proudly, with my full chest; Dragon Age 2. I love Hawke, I love Verric, I love the setting of Kirkwall. Its a moving, intense story made in such a short amount of time that still came together in the end.
