We have been hand washing dishes since June. The dishwasher exploded again. We canβt turn it on. The maintenance person said if it happened again, the kitchen would need to be gutted to upgrade pipes, the wall opened, etc.
If we are not offered a renewal in November when itβs time, we know why.
