Lol I had mine checked recently in part because of hair loss and it was at 19 which my doctor said was "a little low" but still in the normal range 🫠 and told me just to keep taking my iron pill. Actually I just looked and in April it was 19 but in January it was 23 so it got worse. 👍🏻
If you’re a menstruating person & your health insurance is in peril, get your ferritin checked now! Iron deficiency is super common & causes symptoms ranging from fatigue to hair loss to cognitive dysfunction. Ferritin should be 30+ in adults (50+ even better) Tinyurl.com/JAMAFe
That's my senator! Unfortunately he is a lot of talk so here's hoping he takes some kind of action.
Bennet: Did you know the President’s Middle East advisor was in Moscow on this thread? This sloppiness, this incompetence, this disrespect for our intelligence agencies and the personnel who work for him is entirely unacceptable. It's an embarrassment
What the fuck is he talking about. Every border that exists is an artificial line!
Trump: "To be honest with you, Canada only works as a state. We don't need anything they have. As a state it would be one of the great states. This would be the most incredible country visually. If you look at a map, they drew an artificial line right through it."

Billionaires are bad for everyone, including themselves.
Germany's Left Party has a new goal of cutting the wealth of billionaires in half within a decade. Ultimately, they "believe there should not be any billionaires." They aim to implement a wealth tax and raise inheritance and income taxes on the rich. www.dw.com/en/germanys-...
Colorado is usually on the "good" end of maps, but this one is definitely an exception to that. We let people opt out of vaccines for any reason and it's stupid.
Routine childhood vaccination rates have been declining precipitously in recent years. The MMR vaccine is one of the most important. Today 14 states have an MMR vaccination rate for kindergartners of less than 90%. In 2019, just 3 did.
