First lemme clear out that lame-ass auto text KS suggested. Okay, here we go. Go back this, Spectaculars rules and I can't wait to finally try out Dusk City Outlaws. www.backerkit.com/c/projects/s...
So we really enjoyed Spectaculars, and then I think our listener base (and maybe some specifically at Polygon) did too, to the point where we kinda helped sell it out entirely? Anyway, it's gearing up for a reprint campaign, and I would say you should get on it: www.backerkit.com/c/projects/s...
Commander: Edition Wars: This is an MTG Commander tournament. However, it's going to be using modified Planechase rules, AND your deck must thematically represent some RPG, any RPG. Prizes for winning and for thematic representation! www.gencon.com/events/308705
System Mastery Live: We'll be covering Marvel Heroic RPG (that's the Margaret Weis Productions Cortex one), and James will be there just like everyone enjoys so much. It's the only Marvel RPG we haven't covered yet, as far as I'm aware. www.gencon.com/events/308718
Quantum Dallas: As far as I can tell, this is the only game of SPI's Dallas being run at the show. Only we're running three tables at once and each table is a different alternate universe of Dallas and YES you can cross dimensions and form multiversal Ewing alliances! www.gencon.com/events/308723
"Hey TTRPGs are the same thing as and work under the same market forces as Fortnite, right? Well they fuckin' better be."

You know you love being tangentially aware of cheesecake comics.
Bad news everyone, Disney has shockingly cut our license access. Now I guess no one gets to see the exactly one thousand and one immaculate pages of "Stand around the main areas spamming A/S/L in chat between little minigames" rules we had written. Frankly it's your fault.
Good news everyone, we just acquired the Club Penguin RPG license! Now I know your first question and yes, we have detailed rules for the penguins disemboweling each other with filthy sawblades.
It's funny because I full agree with this but it feels like the same forces in reverse in comics. You get neat development and cool new characters and stories until they replace the lead writer, and they invariably go "fuck all this what if Hal Jordan met Abin Sur and then had to fight Sinestro."
Goddamn I love this seventeen question FAQ about why D&D 5.5e is called D&D 5.5e now, especially since all the answers are just like "No" and "Nothing."
Perhaps the ultimate example of the rare "That's real?" type of RPG.
