But I’ve also seen first hand how the hospital staff dealt with an abusive patient very patiently and professionally. It can’t be easy. And the doctors and nurses I interacted with have been very nice.

Anyway. Hospitals are never a pleasant experience I think, but at least there are people who try to help.

I wouldn’t want to undermine anyone who had horrible experiences with NHS, as I know of some horrific cases myself. However I am only talking about my experiences here.

Lots of things are unfortunate, today’s A&E visit took 5 hours, and before that, a few hours in a walk-in clinic. That is basically the whole day spent at hospitals.

For various reasons I’ve been frequenting some hospitals lately. I am really thankful to the NHS personnel who have been very helpful. It is obvious that they are understaffed and sometimes underequipped, but in my experience they are trying their best.

Impulse purchases from Costco are the worst, what do you mean I need to drink 2 litres of gazpacho before it expires

Should have known something was up when the barber told me to book an appointment online. Until this one I thought barbers only accept cash and do casual tax evasion.

My old barber was an old man from Kosovo, and a self-proclaimed “Turkophile”. I think that means he fancies me. All he wanted to talk about was the Ottoman Empire. The sexual pressure was too much for me so I decided to try a new barber. Also I moved away, so.

Found out Ricky Gervais is a regular at the barber I just went to. I need to find a new barber.
