I feel like we don’t talk about millennials in particular, hitting our 40s - in earlier generations many of us would be reaching the peak of our careers, but because of disaster after disaster, locust after locust eating our industries, many of us are on our 3rd or 4th fresh start.

Largely this is around cyber reasoning systems. Been studying them informally for a decade, since DARPA Grand Challenge blew my mind. But also more generally about making "harness"y stuff easier to contribute to, more portable, and do so following a reproducible research framework.
