Great new book on @omnibuspress from the Clientele’s long suffering manager Andy Macleod which among many other things, details our first appearances in London. Captures the atmosphere of 1990s Camden beautifully and is also very funny, though probably far too respectful towards us.

Shortly after moving to docklands from Fleet, we decided to wear mod suits and get a brass quartet, and invite the melody maker down. How wrong it could have gone.

Day 42 #FiveAlive A bit niche? IMHO, the Clientele are the best British band of the last 30 years. There are some who share that view and you should listen very carefully to what they have to say. Perhaps you will fall hopelessly in love with them like we did. Sublime playlist to follow soon.
