Testing out the new oven by making some Italian bread from scratch! Turned out pretty good! 3-4 c AP flour 1 1/2 c warm water 2 tsp yeast 1 tsp salt 450 for ~30 minutes, convection I added 1 tsp of Italian seasoning for aroma.
