The Wizard Wes

I'm making a 2026 media thread! An old pal did one and it looked interesting, so we're gonna give it a go this year!

There'll never be another big 3 (naruto, one piece, bleach) in the same way that Taylor Swift will never be Michael Jackson

KING OF THE DEAD (1977) Gouache on illustration board - 24” x 14” I had the good fortune of working on Elric early in my career. The books by Michael Moorcock have proven to be enduring classics in fantasy. #art #booksky 🪐📚

Bioware was closed, the makers of Mass Effect, Dragon Age and Neverwinter Nights. Some incredible titles. But as sad as I am that BioWare is over, I can't help but point out that they haven't really produced a wildly popularly game in 12 years. It makes sense. It fucking BLOWS, but it makes sense.

“Death Company” by Tom Kelly

"We never see you at the club anymore" And I don't ever see you at the Sun Temple of Baddies from Red Sonja

If Bleach came out today, it would be called "That time I died and came back as a Death God Part-Timer"

Someone tried hitting us with an attempt at "exposing sexism" by saying if not all men are scum let us see the group chat, only to find I talk about anything but sex with my friends. It was dnd, 40k, movies, work and streamer drama. Vindicated!

Manhattan is on the brink of paranatural annihilation. The fundamental aspects of our reality are changing. Dylan Faden must harness his new-found powers to contain the danger, take back the city, and fight for control. Nothing stays contained forever. CONTROL Resonant out now! #CONTROLResonant

Still from Legend | 1985

This is my new favorite thing.

Just a reminder this exists www.youtube.com/watch?v=hySo...

Zohran posts about pothole filling vs Presidential meetings like Kojima posts about movies he likes and doesn't lol

#my9games that shaped who I am as a person I get why I'm odd, but seeing this really puts it in perspective

Showing @halleheichou.bsky.social A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms and the one note that she kept bringing up is "Dunk would be so easy to draw. He's all shapes" I agree

We want everyone to be able to enjoy CONTROL Resonant totally fresh, and to help make that a reality we ask you to not share story details on your social media without clear warnings. We can't wait to hear what you all think when the game releases this Thursday! #CONTROLResonant

I think it's funny I got called out last night for "hating games that you definitely played" but like, how is that a valid criticism AT ALL? Would you prefer I had strong opinions about games I DIDN'T play? I played it so I can say with certainty something is good or bad! That's what objectivity is!

4 days until the launch of CONTROL Resonant. Who are you most excited to meet in the game? #CONTROLResonant

My eldest girl's 16th birthday is very soon and since we recently played most of the @remedygames.com games this summer together (Alan Wake, Control, Alan Wake 2), she wanted an Alan Wake themed cake. Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you... Alan Cake. (Please tell @samlakewrites.bsky.social)

5 minute edit to improve the outfit This was a tragedy of fashion. I didn't draw it, but she should have just done something with her hair down, this center part ain't it.

Show me the Champion of Light, I'll show you the Herald of Darkness 🔦 #AlanWake

I think it's funny that I have to explain that I wanna lose weight because I want to be able to run. Not because I love running, but rather running makes me feel AMAZING when I'm done running 😂

Robert Pattinson, imo, is the best male actor in Hollywood at present.
