🚨 NEWS: A federal judge has ruled that the Trump DOJ ILLEGALLY fired prosecutor Maurene Comey, ordering retroactive reinstatement and backpay. The judge ripped the DOJ’s defense as bordering on “frivolous” and rejected its sweeping claims of executive power.

The “Tommy” shown in this viral video from Abdul El-Sayed is a former staffer for Sen. Josh Hawley and the son of a GOP strategist. For nearly five minutes, El-Sayed questioned the man about his understanding of the Constitution and the religious freedom it affords all Americans. Simply brilliant.

It’s all in the Epstein Files.

TRUE - the Kremlin’s first KGB attempt to install POS pedophile puppet traitor Trump was in 2000, which failed miserably; SO, the Kremlin brainstormed Trump’s BORING “Apprentice” show to pump Trump’s name recognition and public image as “all knowing/“successful”/in control/an authority”. It worked.

It’s time for the rest of the “civilised” world to tell Trump that they will NOT attend the G20 conference in Miami as long as he continues to support the destruction of Ukraine, and, in particular, if Putin is invited to the G20.

If the disruption really is some kind of political intervention, this is only further proof that Europeans—or anyone in the world—can’t rely on any of Musk’s products, as they will be at the whims of the technocrat that still finds himself at Trump’s beck and call. newrepublic.com/post/216600/...

If Putin stops fighting, the war ends. If Zelensky stops fighting then his country will be occupied, leaders murdered, language banned, businesses stolen, children kidnapped. That's what happens in Russian-occupied Ukraine.

Dear oh dear. Is this the best that the WH could find as a press secretary.

Senate Judiciary Democrats are asking Chair Chuck Grassley to apologize to Jack Smith on the behalf of his GOP committee members — especially for Republican Eric Schmitt. The letter also demands Grassley turn over the underlying records Schmitt used during the hearing.

#TroyJackson revealed #SusanCollins for the fraud that she is last night. Collins' 2020 campaign steered $32 million in defense contracts to Navatek in exchange for a $200K contribution, a 160-to-1 investment return for the company. It's time to get rid of #QuidProQuoCollins once and for all.

An all around weak -- but not tragic -- payrolls report for September. +29k jobs created, about 60k below expectations. Revisions made both July and August look weaker, too. Over the past 3 months, we've an average of a mere +17k per month.

We have a concept of a plan that I will reveal in two weeks.

He’s been saying this for 11 years. Obviously if the cultists still believe this BS they are just hopelessly lost to an alternate reality.

And, I would suggest, one further reform. Supreme Court justices should not be appointed by politicians or presidents, but should be chosen by a non-partisan committee of retired judges and then voted on by Congress and/or the Senate.

Robert Reich@rbreich.bsky.social

Samuel Alito has recused himself from a Supreme Court climate case, after ethics watchdogs uncovered his fossil fuel stockholdings. Instead of relying on the justices to occasionally do the right thing, we need Congress to enact real SCOTUS reform.

Garland’s quick investigations/indictments/prosecutions/plea deals with J6 thugs added evidence against Trump, the ultimate ring leader; like that he funded their travel, knew they were armed, etc. Garland/Smith had plenty time IF not for corrupt, unprecedented stalling by SCOTUS/Cannon. BLAME THEM!

SaveDemocracy123@savedemocracy123.bsky.social

“Hindsight is 20/20” Garland was careful to follow “bottom up” RICO prosecution standards both to compile evidence to indict Trump and to avoid allowing Trump any defense that he was singled out by Biden DOJ. Trump/GOP/Fox, of course, falsely claimed so anyway, but had no basis for the claim.
