My mother, sister, and nephew went to a farm to pick blueberries this morning, which got me thinking… Maybe “pick-your-own” farms should be the model for other farms… I know that farms— in California, at least— have trouble finding people to employ, especially in 47’s ICE America.

At the end of your picking session, you would be able take your bounty, and any amount you “overpicked” you could sell back to the farm at a rate where you’re getting a fair wage for your time and the farm can make a profit selling to wholesale or retail buyers.

For all you #math nerds out there: did you ever learn how to calculate a square root by hand? I’m trying to establish if this was just a random hole in my education or if they just don’t teach it anymore. I can guarantee that I didn’t learn this until after I had taken calculus.

It’s unconscionable that CBS is trying to whitewash Jimmy the Greek, who got cancelled (before “cancelling” was a thing) after he said that black players were “bred” to excel in sports.
