The Fox booth is in the bag for the Packers. Sorry they cheat so much, maybe they wouldn’t be getting called for so many penalties

The reason social security has endured is because it’s a universal program. As soon as you start picking and choosing who can benefit, republicans will start using that as a means to destroy it

Tom Nichols@radiofreetom.bsky.social

All I said was that really well-off Americans should not be collecting Social Security and people interpreted that to mean that I want to take it away from widows and orphans As usual, Bluesky is exhausting

ohio charisma. Perfect.

Acyn@acyn.bsky.social

El-Sayed on Vance: Is that Peter Thiel's boy with that Ohio charisma? The last thing that he said that made any sense was Hillbilly Elegy—after he said that Donald Trump had no business being president of anything. And then he decided to suck up to power.

At literally no point can this braying ass put the good of another person above his petty shitty nature

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Q: Can you rule out that Iran is behind the water attacks? TRUMP: I don't think so. I think that Minnesota is behind it. You know who is behind it? Minnesota. Because they're grossly incompetent. I don't think there was an Iranian cyberattack. I think Minnesota ought to get its act together.

MEA should be ashamed giving business to this Republican pollster

MI-SEN general election poll, Glengariff/Michigan Education Association/Business Leaders for Michigan Stevens 45.5 Rogers 44.7 Rogers 49 El-Sayed 38.7 mea.org/wp-content/u...

Did she have a fucking stroke? Is this a Fetterman situation?

"Cool kids on the Internet. They're doing the cool kid chatter. Some of 'em might be the coastal elites, making fun of how I talk. But let's be real. They're making fun of Michigan. They're thinking they're better than us. Their jokes, their criticism, only make me fight harder." -- Haley Stevens

It’s hilarious to me that anyone thinks this pack of incompetent chucklefucks are capable of rigging a game if three card Monty, to say nothing of an election

The regular drumbeat of this argument, consistently framed the same way, feels as organic and authentic as the “Haley Stevens is ‘growing on me’” nonsense from earlier this week

If Andy Beshear does not push this to a conclusion that either has him appointing McConnell's replacement, or McConnell reappearing, Beshear will be out of Democratic politics. We need rabble-rousers, not the same quiet, proper Dems who keep losing.

In other words having a photo ID was the driver of fraudulent voting. How many more fraudulent votes would be cast under the GOP’s dubious SAVE Act scheme? Best to not adopt an unproven system in place of the status quo that works and is safe.

Christopher Webb@cwebbonline.com

THE TRUTH ABOUT NEW JERSEY: It was a glitch. These folks didn’t try to register to vote as US citizens. When they applied for driver’s licenses or IDs, they correctly identified as non-citizens. A software glitch overrode their non-citizen status & mistakenly added them to voter rolls.

Curious what 2028 hopeful has a media team pushing this narrative out to reporters to parrot online… Certainty not an ethically slimy California governor

Steven Beschloss@stevenbeschloss.bsky.social

The longer Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear fails to find out what’s happening or what happened with Mitch McConnell—and act—the more Beshear looks utterly incompetent and weak.

As to point 2, that’s just the internet, sadly. But I hope you find folks here that are a little more chill and open to conversation without the outrage responses

The two common complaints were 1) I haven’t been persecuted enough, and 2) my comments are closed to followers and people I follow. (The tenor of their quote reposts, by the way, are the reason for “2.” This can really, *really* be a vile and mean-spirited place.)

Fascism is the events of imperialism turned inward. 20 years of practicing terrorizing people around the world will now be used on us

TPM@talkingpointsmemo.com

Declaring Islamic terrorism "severely diminished," Rubio said the counterterrorism apparatus must be retooled to confront the supposed threat from "far-left terror," Reuters reports.

Cleveland with a 9 point win with a 21 point advantage at the free throw line. Embarrassing performance by the zebras. If home cooking is the league mandate the pistons better get 40 free throws at home in game 5

It’s amazing the Pistons are leading this game with the foul disparity so far. If the refs call it even in the second half it’s a blowout W

Trump: "I knew the Strait would be a weapon. I predicted it a long time ago. I predicted all of this stuff. I predicted Osama bin Laden would knock out the World Trade Center. I wrote it in a book."

Whoops, he accidentally said the flimflam sales pitch he used to sell the rightwingers on his shitty xerox machines

Palantir CEO Alex Karp: "This technology disrupts humanity's train, largely Democratic voters, and makes their economic power less, and increases the economic power of vocationally trained, working class, often male voters. These disruptions are going to disrupt every aspect of our society."

Pretty easy to define a fraud, it’s Nancy Mace

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

NANCY MACE: What is a woman? Have you learned that lesson? WALZ: I'm the governor of Minnesota. I'm not here to be a prop for your obsession.

I wish republicans could locate their spines before they decide not to run for reelection

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

after absolutely eviscerating Kristi Noem and calling for her resignation, Tillis is applauded. He thens threatens to hold up nominees if she doesn't stop stonewalling him. My God.

And yet absolutely no sign of any damage whatsoever to his ear that was “wounded” in the “assassination” he survived

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

whoa -- this is new. Trump has a significant rash-like injury on his neck today in addition to his disfigured hand (Saul Loeb/Getty)

If you’re not at the table you’re on the menu. Hold onto your wallets, your rights, your everything, these rapacious pigs want it all for themselves

Mike Johnson: "2025 was just setting the table. 2026 will be the feast and the banquet in the economy."

If trump “proves” his nonsense conspiracy theory in Georgia then he would’ve “won” in 2020 and therefore is ineligible to have run in 2024 or be serving currently and must resign. Your move MAGAts.
