Maybe shingles manifests differently from person to person but for me, when I got it on my own neck, it looked more like a large cluster of separate raised bumps like I'd been attacked by a swarm of biting insects. His looks more like....abrasions?

i've had shingles (on my face & neck (too young for the vax att). it was the worst pain i've ever endured (including labor & a surgery that cut my abdomen open). if he had it, i doubt he'd be able to stand any fabric against it.

Isn't shingles painful though? Trump is cocking his head a lot. Maybe he's taking some kind of steroid and it's giving him a rash. Heavy steroids can extend life for a long time for some. But that treatment would probably give him lots of diarrhea.
