Since I’ve finished the first nine Final Fantasy games (plus the FFVII remakes and XVI) I’m gonna give FFXV another try! Anybody got advice on how to make the most out of it? (Do I watch the prequel movie? Do I do the DLC episodes post-game or throughout?)

As a big fan of Fire Emblem, I can’t believe I’m saying Unicorn Overlord is by far the best strategy RPG I’ve ever played and it’s not even close. It’s somehow deeper, has a stunning open world to explore, fantastic music and voice acting and is just as satisfying to play!

My honest thoughts on the first 5 hours of Mario & Luigi Brothership: It’s really good! There’s a slightly excessive amount of dialogue but other than that it’s great! I love the music, the animation, the art style, the battle system and the concept of sailing across the ocean on an island ship!

Over 700 of you wonderful peeps have followed this sleepy queer game dev, officially overtaking my Twitter following! 🥹 I know it’s just numbers but it truly means a lot, and I’m incredibly thankful to be a huge step closer to closing the bad app account for good 🧡

It’s wild to think that in two weeks I’ve nearly reached the same amount of followers on Bluesky as what I had on the bad app over the course of YEARS. And I’m happier, more engaged and not just burnt out by bots, garbage takes and nastiness. I’m super grateful for this app and the people on it 🧡

Controversial take: In the Mario & Luigi series I was never fond of having to manually press A and B together every time I wanted to jump up a ledge or over a gap. I found it a little clunky and uncomfortable for longer play sessions. I kinda prefer how Brothership handles it so far 👀

Throwback to when, after 20+ years of playing Pokémon, I finally got my first ever shiny and of course it would be… THE BUTT SKUNK
