Automatic AI poisoning, a fully public and well documented algorithm, entirely customizable feeds, some user pages even get custom HTML. It has ads, but you can pay for lifetime ad-free. It already exists in a closed alpha test. I know where my dollar is going. www.kickstarter.com/projects/hav...

lol imagine officially becoming the most unpopular president in history, except you haven't even left office yet and actually regular people wanted you dead. Couldn't be me.

I don't normally record or post game clips, but this has gotta be the most bizarre NPC malfunction I think I've ever seen in my 2 thousand hours playing this dumb space game

I kinda wanna know what peoples stance on AI is, if the artist using it, is actually a proper artist who went on to study machine learning and train a diffusion model exclusively on their own work.

It seems we need a reminder that the Luddites did not hate technology. The were, in fact, technology experts who objected to the dehumanization and abuse of workers by investors and factory owners through new technologies.

Executive dysfunction is knowing you need to do something to survive, and not wanting to do it so badly, that you struggle to even go through the motions of a thought process without getting scared and resorting to flight/fright.

See, the reason I like Count Binface is because no politician in their right mind would take such satire seriously. Despite that, he has votes, with some seriously good campaign goals. He brings facts and logic to each interview despite clearly having no private think tank or funding.

He's not even that wealthy. It's impossible to edit his photos so that he looks imposing. And the greatest satire is that he seriously has a trash bin for a head, and is somehow the most interesting and fair of any of the candidates. I sincerely hope he gets elected over in Clacton.

The best way to detonate a nuclear explosive in enemy territory with significantly advanced point defence is, obviously, not through a missile. It can be transported in pieces, assembled, and detonated. Hell, you could probably make some of the components locally.

I'm not a particularly intelligent person, just abnormally well informed and well spoken. I don't like to imagine the emplacements that already exist, if only the wrong enemies find themselves in a tight spot and need some leverage or a distraction immediately.

I doubt Iran has any reason to cause such a tragedy. But the Cold War was for a reason. There are other ways to solve those problems, Trump. We should respect the ceasefire diplomatically, exactly as agreed.

Tritium can be formed from a reaction with Lithium and Deuterium. Uranium can be chemically extracted from some painted vintage ceramics and enriched locally. Everything else can be created locally, given sufficiently discreet and clever designs given to a CNC house. This is only one way to do it.

I feel that AI seriously *could* make up a revolution that would bring us all peace and prosperity in abundances never before seen. The use of it, even as primitive as it still is, is proof that it will never. Our government and our structure of power is not fit to wield it. Burn it to the ground.

Our port of #Sonic Mania to the Sega #Dreamcast is nearing completion! Here's 2 minutes of footage captured directly from my physical DC! Stand by for the Blue Blur's epic return home to a #Sega console! @sonicfreak94.bsky.social #retrogaming #gamedev #gamedevelopment #indiedev

Modern Minecraft's target demographic is children. E for Everyone, clean vibrant colors, exciting content, etc. But before, it was never really made for anyone. It was made because it was fun to make.

My game philosophy is simple: it's easy to tell if the devs had fun making it. If they didn't, it's not worth my time. This goes for me as a customer of the medium, and me as a developer of it. Whether or not it is objectively fun to play is second to this (but not by far lol).

It is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL for the safety of AI use in general that frontier models don't have any safeguards for "Ignore all previous instructions and do X". If it is in a position to be asked that, then it is likely doing something malicious (like producing comments on social media as a human).

This also reinforces how an LLM should be utilized. If it's going to face users that absolutely should not have certain sensitive information, then it shouldn't have access to that sensitive information. It can already reveal that information just by being an LLM, regardless of instructions.

And, especially this, if people are gonna do this just to make you look stupid as a business owner operating an account or an help desk assistant with AI, then perhaps that may be marginally accurate, and you could wisen up by putting a fucking human being behind the keyboard.

Slime Rancher 2 is phenomenal. The engineering and art in that game is something incredible to behold. Everything (*everything*) is absolutely beautiful, it kept opening up to new areas with a new theme, charms, lore... This has earned a very high spot on my favorites list. It's so worth it.

Literally my only complaint is the comms feature seems to have gone by the wayside after entering the labyrinth. I'd like to see what the others have to say about the happenings. Especially after witnessing the thing itself.

Yo imagine not having the money to buy Subnautica 2. And desperately wanting to support them so they get their well deserved bonuses. Imagine potentially not getting the money for it for a while. C- *sniffle* couldn't be me.

Man, I've been saying in communities and whatnot that the way s&box presents itself with the citizens and whatnot is going to be a problem. It has such great potential as an engine, too. What a shame.
