FINAL THOUGHT OF THE DAY… It’s not cruel. It’s not unworkable… It’s genocidal… The intent is to make healthcare inaccessible to us. They know most of us can’t afford private healthcare to avoid this. Placing a trans person on a ward of “birth sex” is designed to induce dysphoria.

LGBTIQA+ Greens@lgbtiqa.greenparty.org.uk

The NHS's revised guidance on single-sex wards is cruel, unworkable and LGBTIQA+ Greens calls on Labour to withdraw it and reform the Equality Act.

Great that some of the TransLucent team met with NION women at the Greens conference over the weekend. The event was a huge success and will likely relocate to a larger space next year. A huge "thank you" to the Greens and LGBT Foundation for organising.

Phrases like “protecting women’s spaces” or “defending women’s rights” carry deep rhetorical weight. They sound grounded in decades of movement work, yet beneath the surface, the objective is not protection - it's discrimination. translucent.org.uk/how-anti-tra...
