Ben Reilly is great but also the Clone Saga sucks. Also what is this show without THE Spider-Man? Like how does that even work.
Live-action ‘Clone Saga’ TV series is in the works 🕷️ • Based on the Spider-Man comics • Reportedly follows Ben Reilly and Kaine Parker as they grapple with their newly discovered identities as clones while also facing other clones (via Deadline)
7 cops in full tactical gear with ARs, completely unnecessary, but very funny
Body camera video captured a deck collapsing beneath members of a U.S. Marshals Service task force as they were attempting to serve an arrest warrant at the home of a man who the agency said failed to register as a sex offender. https://wapo.st/4xS60OO
Microsoft bought Arkane for $7.5b in 2021. Since then, they put out Redfall, and will be spun out of Microsoft. What a fuckin waste of five years.
Even now there's misinformation floating around, so let me make this clear: Xbox is cutting 3,200 jobs, or 20% of the organization. 1,600 jobs will be eliminated today, and then another 1,600 (including the studio divestments) in the next 12 months. Full story: www.bloomberg.com/news/article...
Wild that the Supreme Court had to step in to prevent ~50 kids (out of an est. 8.25m high school athletes) from playing high school sports, just the most loser shit.
The Supreme Court's first decisions are the trans athlete cases. By a 6–3 vote, the court holds that Title IX and the equal protection clause do NOT stop states from excluding trans women and girls from female sports teams. The three liberals dissent. www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/25p...
Actual headline: Ford used AI adoption as an excuse to cut headcount without anyone knowing how to successfully implement AI at scale.
Ford has rehired hundreds of senior engineers after replacing them with AI backfired and has cost the company billions of dollars. AI adoption is blamed for Ford being the most recalled automaker in the U.S. with 51 recalls covering over 11 million vehicles in the first half of 2026 alone.
From announcing a game week ago to being on the chopping block in a week, what are they doing to Ninja Theory.
BREAKING: Several Xbox studios, including Compulsion, Ninja Theory and Double Fine, are negotiating with Xbox as they try to avoid closure. Some or all could spin off. Lots still in flux as many studios remain unsure about what's happening. Here's the latest: www.bloomberg.com/news/article...
Yes, no one wants your F2P FPS in 2026. That lottery ticket model should die a quick death.
SEGA provided a comment to Game File on the decision to cancel "Super Game" - discontinued development "in light of intensifying market competition, the emergence of competing titles based on similar concepts, and our business conditions" www.gamefile.news/p/segas-supe...
lmao at the positioning of black widows chest.

These people are idiots. AI as it currently exists does not function in this way. It is a productivity enhancer and they will make billions framing it that way. Instead they decide to cut off their knees, alienate a large swaths of their potential user base to get a higher stock market valuation.
I do wish it was better understood by now—especially by folks in the media—that these "warnings" from large AI corporations in fact function as "advertisements" www.axios.com/2025/04/22/a...
Spending hundreds of millions on a lottery ticket seems like a bad investment!

Really shouldn’t be a Chief Economist if your personal politics impacts your analysis. He sounds like an idiot.
The view from Apollo chief economist Torsten Slok: “Markets are overreacting to what will likely be a 4- to 6-week period of volatility, which will ultimately result in 50 years of stability in oil markets, supply chains and geopolitics.”
Cope. I dislike the prequels (minus Revenge), but at least they had ideas. The sequel trilogies were largely nostalgia bait crap.
The puppeteer behind Star Wars droid BB-8 has said Disney's divisive sequel trilogy will eventually become as beloved as the saga's prequels — in around a decade's time. https://bit.ly/4sAXstk
