GROW CA just dropped $250k+ against Jackie Elward's campaign. Silicon Valley Billionaires don't want Jackie in office. This shows the true progressive labor candidate in this race.
Been working full time on Jackie Elward’s Assembly campaign, so I haven’t been posting here like I should.
We’ve built real momentum, people power, strong endorsements, and a path to win.
But we still need to close the funding gap.
That’s why I’ve been busy and rarely posted this past year. 15 days to go.

Proud to have Congressman Ro Khanna in our corner.
“Jackie has shown she won’t be intimidated, bought, or bullied by powerful corporate interests.”
That’s exactly what this campaign is about. Standing up for working families and making sure the North Bay has a voice that can’t be bought.
🤞Hoping🤞 that the @uaw.org someday brings back this necktie President Walter Reuther rocked at a constitutional convention back in circa 1949. The tie is protesting the anti-union Taft-Hartley law, and was available in three different color combos👔. Photo from the @reutherlibrary.bsky.social.

Jackie has delivered where it counts, housing the unhoused, expanding clean energy, and launching the SAFE Team, sending mental health professionals to certain 911 calls. Strong on labor, public safety, and real solutions that work for working people.

Jackie has earned support from labor, educators, and working people across California:
California Federation of Labor Unions
California Professional Firefighters
SEIU California
SEIU-UHW
National Union of Healthcare Workers
Consider wearing your @uniondrip.bsky.social in this multi-day campaign! Make your usual jacket cooler by layering it with a union t or add a union pin.
Cool jackets for all!
I am issuing a Cool Jacket watch for Saint Paul this decade. Consider getting out that article of clothing you can only wear 240 days a calendar year.
Still way too cold for shorts outside the hours of 10am-8pm and will be for at least two months
🔥 Honored to be endorsed by California Professional Firefighters. This support is deeply personal. Both of my brothers in law are firefighters in Assembly District 12, and I know how much this work demands. I’m grateful for their trust.
Tonight is the California Assembly filing deadline.
Jackie Elward is my wife, and she’s running as a real pro worker candidate. This is when support actually shows up on the report. Small donations before midnight make a difference.

This is a recommendation, but it’s an important one given the field in this race. It shows that working people and organized labor see Jackie as the real choice. If you can help us keep building this campaign, donations make a real difference. www.jackie4assembly.com/donate
Honored to be the only candidate in this State Assembly race to receive the recommendation of the North Bay Labor Council. I’ve walked the lines and stood with workers, and I’ll carry their voices with me to Sacramento.
*This is only a recommendation. The full endorsement will be decided in March.
I was at our big union demonstration here a week ago, and the local metal workers union (they represent a lot of other workers now, but that was their start) is called Métallos. One of them had a baseball cap with the name written like the Metallica logo. I wished I had something to trade for it.
Raising money is the hardest part of running. If you can’t raise enough, sometimes even our unions go with the guy with no labor record. If you believe in working-class leadership, chip in $12 to help Jackie win AD12 and tell your union siblings. www.jackie4assembly.com/donate
as a disclaimer, this is only a recommendation to the California Labor fed, and they do not make a full endorsement decision until their pre-primary convention in March
For all the mfers who say workers just serve coffee, just deliver packages, just stock shelves, just clean rooms, just prep food, or just check in guests, remember this, they keep our communities running every day. And when they’re on a picket line, you respect it.
I deleted this on the other app because folks on the right were twisting it into me condoning violence. I’m not. Crossing a picket line should be shameful. These same people celebrate war crime cartoons there but pretend not to see the violence aimed at workers who organize for a better future.
A few years back i was walking with my tween. We approach a group of striking nurses. She got visibly agitated and wanted to turn around. Turns out she’d so internalized the idea of not crossing a picket line, that you shouldn’t even pass one. She was trying to keep her dad from being a rat Good kid

My wife Jackie’s running for State Assembly, and unions across the North Bay keep lining up behind her. A few big ones we haven’t even announced yet. Hope she earns your support too.
My new video shares my story and why I’m running for State Assembly in the North Bay. I’m a first-gen immigrant, educator, and progressive Councilmember ready to fight for working people. Take a look.
We filmed this one ourselves, but real production pieces are coming soon. In the meantime, check out jackie4assembly.com, send her your endorsement, and maybe throw a few dollars her way.
So I won my union election earlier today. To celebrate, I joined PSA @afacwa.org flight attendants at their DFW picket line, telling them there’s nowhere else I’d rather be than under the Texas heat on the picket line with them.
Trump has already wiped out more union members in a week than the labor movement usually gains or loses in a year. www.hamiltonnolan.com/p/fragile-mo...
Texas Solidarity Union Drip
🤝🏾
Nothing needs to be said when workers see the signal to stand in solidarity with each other. TX labor movement’s fight to protect the voices of all Texans just got a boost from the nat’l labor movement! ✊🏾🔥 @uniondrip.bsky.social
Having worked without unions and with unions, I can confirm, without doubt, that despite all the problems unions have, they are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY NOW. If you don't have a union, you are being underpaid. Period.
