There will never be a way to know how many of your followers on bsky are right wing accounts tracking and monitoring, but wow do I really want to know.

Trump is loving this. He doesn't have to do any boring president stuff, he can just stand in front of his rabid base and spew bullshit to applause.

Another Hatch Act violation in my inbox today from the Social Security Administration. Hope Bisignano ends up in jail with the rest of them.

To be clear, evil billionaire scumbag Zuckerberg shutting down the official No Kings account in the middle of nationwide protests isn’t a mistake, it’s an assault on a free speech and expression, it’s pure fascism.

@wired.com I'm struggling with whether to renew when the subscription is just 4 issues a year and they seem to be shrinking in size while better content is locked behind "premium" subs. Is Wired winding down after being an important force for so many years?

So great!

The Bicco Bike Bus is a large group bike designed to allow one adult driver to easily transport ten children with only pedal power. Used in the Netherlands to get to school, it is an original way to offer kids fun and exercise Original post

For me it was about third grade I think but I didn't really learn to embrace it until high school when I discovered punk culture.

QUESTION OF THE DAY: This sounds like a joke question, but it isn’t. If it doesn’t apply to you, fine. But it’s a serious question with different levels of meaning. And I am genuinely curious. When did you first realize you were weird?

The left gets accused of being obsessed with Russia collusion, but how can it not when all the evidence is out in the open. This Russian energy deal is an embarrassment. They assume the public is too stupid to follow along.

If we only we took death threats seriously in this country.

The woman who is suing Cornell and seven Chi Phi fraternity members, alleging she was sexually assaulted, has received threats pressuring her to drop the lawsuit, her attorney says.

Spending my tax money on these Trump campaign commercials makes me mad as hell. Taxation with anti-representation. Put this goon in jail.

From the Magna Carta to the Constitution to the Emancipation Proclamation to 19th Amendment, voting rights (what you might call "Big P" Politics) were always downstream of protests, riots, petitions, mass movements, strikes and good, old fashioned community organizing (that is, "small p" politics).

Does anybody believe a politician when they say they will reach across the aisle, or work together? Does anybody even want that anymore?

GOP has a lot of nerve to talk about fighting corruption when this crap is happening: A quiet rule change could signal “the end of independent financial regulators” just as the SEC prepares to deregulate crypto, mega-IPOs, and corporate governance. www.levernews.com/sec-quorum-r...

It's amazing. Every A.I. is getting better and more capable all the time. Except Gemini. Gemini still can never do what I want.

The Armory venue in Minneapolis is kind of awful. This $12 English muffin size pizza is one example when the menu clearly shows a 10" pizza.

I went to use Google Gemini and the first thing I had to do to use it with my data was to accept a policy that says humans at Google can review my data. Google employees reading my email and docs? smh

Historians: when Germans were paying for bread with wheelbarrows full of money were there people saying, like Trump, that they would produce their way out of inflation?

It is journalistic malpractice that major news outlets are not producing 5-alarm-fire reports to warn the public that the president of the United States is out of his mind.
