If you claim to be a white ally, pls make sure you advocate for PoC even when none are in the room. Especially. I’m so tired of seeing TTRPG events that have a single PoC or none. If you’re white, slide into comments/DMs to ask about the lack of representation. That’s how change happens.

Continuing my weekly spotlight until I have enough stability in my life for a weekly calendar again, I bring to you The Doomsayers from @tainotales.bsky.social . This remains a favorite show of mine with some amazing folks that I love telling stories with.

The Doomsayers is a divine action thriller set in the city of the gods, New Promethia in the channels shared universe, Weird Earth. The game uses Son of Oak's City of Mist to dinve into the murder of a god on New Years Eve, 1987.

The show features @vocolon.bsky.social as the GM @heycalamityyy.bsky.social as Mallory @valiantdorian.bsky.social as Hector of Troy and me as Marrok/Patrolcus and art by /venro0

This is the skeleton key to every mid PBTA game and session - people look at the moves and think they’re equivalent to, like, initiative mechanics or something. Like an optional add-on for flavor. No, man, they’re the *whole deal.* Ignore them and everything falls alll the way apart

Love the art style in Metronomik's games. I'm happy they're still going with this Double Fine-esque look.

Gossip-godlings: Extroverted deities so addicted to human drama, they pivoted to govern over secrets, scandals and stories.
