What do I do? She was so sweet to us, most of the time. But she turned out so awful. But I can't fully condemn her in my mind. But I can't accept her with gentleness, either.

Sometimes I'm scared that all I'll remember of everyone I love is the times I let them down or pissed them off or upset them and that I'll never feel anything except fear and shame for the rest of my life

Sometimes I think about how some of the best memories of my life was when my wife and I were living with our abuser and the feelings of familial love we shared and how I never got to move on past those kind of permanently have shaped how I process my life in an emotionally distant manner

When trans creators are subtle, people dismiss the trans subtext as “headcanon.” When trans creators are loud and proud, people call it “obnoxious” and “cringe.” They just don’t want us to be represented in media at all. Because they don’t want us to exist at all.
