during the jam I made a janky system of animations to quickly get something out but it was slow and awfilly scalable, now its all handled by a single list I can slap in any project

Gonna put the disclaimer here as well since this caused big drama on twitter, I don't hate general AI use or assisted coding, this is mainly venting frustration at recent trends and some unhinged shit some AI shills have been saying on twitter about stealing source codes. Still fuck gen AI tho

What I meant by this is that I'm really struggling to understand what any AI-assisted mod is about between the unrelated AI thumbnail and the incomprehensible AI documentation, and trying to filter the AI-assisted ones hides 90% of all mods. We used to be a society

Touhou 6 remaster claps, its got all the QoL you'd expect from a modern touhou game and it's crazy faithful to the original, remastered music is hit or miss depending on the track but I love you can still play the og music whenever you feel. I absolutelly recommend it

The zelda discourse is really weird and complicated cuz the original oot *did try* to look photorealistic in the first place so the remake looking like this makes sense even if it looks like the "unreal mario" shitpost, but making it cartoony will have people bitch it's not respecting the og anyway
